Blinken Under Fire for Holding State Department ‘Cry Sessions’ Over Trump’s Victory

Americans should feel embarrassed for our country that we ever allowed Democrats to oversee major federal agencies. Joe Biden’s Secretary of State Tony Blinken has been spending taxpayer money on therapy sessions at the State Department since Donald Trump won the 2024 election. Remember how they told us “the adults are back in charge” after Trump left office in 2021? Not so much.

After Trump’s victory, Blinken had the State Department hold at least two therapy sessions for employees who were devastated by the normal functioning of democracy. One of the sessions amounted to little more than an informational “cry session.” There, there… Let it all out, girls! Shhhhh!

The email inviting employees to one of the sessions explained that it would help teach the adults working at the State Department “effective stress management techniques” that would help them “navigate these difficult times.”

Congressman Darrell Issa (R-CA) slammed the waste of taxpayer money, noting that supposedly non-partisan federal employees shouldn’t be having a “personal meltdown over the result of a free and fair election.”

If they want to have personal meltdowns, that’s fine. We love the TikTok videos! Keep them coming, triggered blue-haired weirdoes! But wasting taxpayer money on crying sessions for adults is just too much.

This sort of nonsense is the reason why the American people elected Donald Trump in the first place. We want adults running federal agencies who aren’t going to break down and cry over election results. The fact that they even held these sessions also calls into question their loyalty to the United States.

If they’re this upset over Donald Trump’s victory, how can we expect them to carry out his foreign policy vision for the country?
