The main suspect in the 2022 murder of an autistic woman was allowed to enroll in an American high school after authorities failed to warn the school district about him. Walter Martinez is only 16 years old, but he is an illegal alien who is also a member of the violent MS-13 gang from El Salvador. He’s also the main and only suspect in the brutal murder of 22-year-old Kayla Hamilton in Harford County, Maryland.

Martinez enrolled in Edgewood High School and attended classes with other unsuspecting teenagers. He was quickly identified as the primary suspect when Kayla Hamilton was found in his mobile home two years ago. She had been strangled to death with an extension cord. Video and audio evidence put Martinez at the scene at the time of the murder. Plus, the body was found where he was living. It’s unclear how he lured the young autistic woman into his home.

Martinez was arrested and read his Miranda rights. The DNA was the last piece of evidence that they needed to lock in the murder charges against him. However, when they sent his DNA for testing, it took over six months to get the results back. Martinez was released during that time and he enrolled in the local high school.

“It makes me angry,” said Tammy Nobles, the victim’s mother. “You’re sitting there putting this monster into high school with other people’s children, and you’re putting children at risk. Look what he did to Kayla.”

Martinez illegally crossed the border in March 2022. When the Border Patrol captured him, they immediately noted that he was covered in MS-13 gang tattoos. They released him into the country and under Border Czar Kamala Harris’s policies, Martinez was flown to Maryland to live with a sponsor.

He moved to the mobile home in Aberdeen in July 2022, where he promptly murdered Kayla Hamilton. When the DNA results finally came back in January 2023, they confirmed that Edward Martinez had murdered Kayla. He pleaded guilty to killing her and was just sentenced to 70 years in prison in August. So, the taxpayers get stuck feeding and housing this monster for the rest of his natural life.

Many parents in Aberdeen, MD, are left wondering why an obvious foreign murderer was allowed to attend classes alongside their teenagers for five months. Harford County Public Schools has said in a statement that it has no evidence that Edward Martinez was a danger to other students. The dead body of Kayla Hamilton apparently didn’t count as evidence.

In fairness to the school, the local police, the Department of Homeland Security, ICE, and any other law enforcement entities that knew about Edward Martinez bothered to warn anyone about him. Doesn’t that make it even more disturbing?

Are Americans just expected to let illegal alien murderers hang out in public schools with their kids? They are in Kamala Harris’s version of America. She wouldn’t have allowed 30 million foreigners into the country illegally if she didn’t want the country destabilized. The irony of the situation is that police didn’t initially release Martinez’s name in the community, because they were protecting his privacy rights as a minor.

We wouldn’t want to upset the foreign murderers in our country illegally by not affording them constitutional rights!

Americans are going to have to decide whether we want to continue being the stupid country that endangers our own citizens, or if we are going to carry out the unpleasantness needed to fix things. Fortunately, we will have the chance to do that in November.
