Dems Are Shaking In Terror Over This Trump Win Possibility

President Trump might win the Nobel Peace Prize. The announcement comes next week on Friday, October 10. Liberal historians in Oslo are already panicking.

Trump said previously it would be an “insult” to the United States if he didn’t win. A host of other nations have backed his quest. Seven world leaders formally presented their nominations for the U.S. president.

The nominations came from multiple regions. The heads of governments from Armenia and Azerbaijan nominated Trump. They cited his role in peacemaking between their nations.

The leaders of Gabon and Rwanda also nominated him. Trump mediated between Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. His efforts brought results.

The leaders of Cambodia, Pakistan, and Israel round out the list. Seven nations total have put Trump forward.

But experts in Oslo see things differently. They say he has virtually no chance. Why? His “America First” policies and “divisive style.”

Oeivind Stenersen is a historian in Oslo. He conducted research and co-wrote a book on the prize. He spoke with AFP about Trump’s chances.

“It’s completely unthinkable.”

Stenersen made a bold claim about Trump and the prize’s ideals.

Trump “is in many ways the opposite of the ideals that the Nobel Prize represents.”

He explained his reasoning further.

“The Nobel Peace Prize is about defending multilateral cooperation, for example in the U.N…. and Trump breaks with that principle, he follows his own path, unilaterally.”

Karim Haggag heads the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute. He challenged Trump’s claimed successes on the world stage.

“The Nobel Committee should assess whether there have been clear examples of success in that peacemaking effort.”

Tens of thousands of people can submit Nobel Prize candidates. This year, 338 individuals and organizations were nominated. Their names stay secret for 50 years.

The Nobel Committee faced criticism before. They awarded former President Barack Obama the prize in 2009. He hadn’t even taken office yet.

By 2015, the former committee head expressed regret. Geir Lundestad said “even many of Obama’s supporters believed that the prize was a mistake.”

Obama’s own 2020 memoirs revealed his reaction. His advisor Robert Gibbs told him he won. Obama replied with just two words.

“For what?”

Trump was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize before. In 2020, Swedish lawmaker Magnus Jacobson put him forward. The nomination cited Trump’s first-term efforts between Kosovo and Serbia.

His work normalizing relations between Israel and the UAE was also mentioned.

The Nobel Prize includes a diploma. It includes a gold medal. It includes a check for around $1.2 million.

This year’s winner will be announced Friday, October 10.

Trump’s nominations represent real achievements. He brokered peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan. He mediated disputes in Africa. He strengthened ties in the Middle East and Asia.

Seven world leaders see value in his work. They put their names behind his nomination. That’s not nothing.

But the liberal establishment in Oslo can’t accept it. They want multilateralism. They want the United Nations. They want the old way of doing things.

Trump represents something different. He puts America first. He negotiates directly. He gets results without asking permission from international bodies.

That terrifies the establishment. They built careers around the old system. Trump threatens everything they believe in.

So they dismiss his chances as “completely unthinkable.” They say he’s the opposite of what the prize represents. They question whether his successes even count.

But seven world leaders disagree. Multiple nations across different continents saw Trump’s impact firsthand. They experienced his peacemaking efforts. They benefited from his mediation.

The announcement comes next week. Will the Nobel Committee reward real results? Or will they let political bias guide their decision?

Obama won before doing anything. Trump has actual achievements. Seven nations formally nominated him. Peace agreements bear his influence.

The world will know soon enough. Friday, October 10 marks the announcement date. Until then, liberal elites will keep insisting it’s impossible.

But Trump has a history of proving experts wrong.
